CJPD’s vision is a negotiated settlement to the armed conflict in Sri Lanka that meets the aspirations of all the peoples of the island. As part of this vision we hope to create an environment where a credible Tamil voice is heard in academic and policy circles and that CJPD, our partners or organisations using our materials are able to influence policy in the interests of a negotiated settlement to the conflict.
